Florida College of Integrative Medicine is an approved provider of CE by the Florida State Department of Health under the provider number 50-16439.  Not all CE Courses listed below are provided by FCIM.   All courses presented and provided by FCIM may be registered and paid for directly from our website.  Courses not provided by FCIM will not appear on the pay online page and will require you to register and pay directly with the provider. 

All CE Courses provided by FCIM are offered free of charge to our Alumni, faculty members and supervising physicians.  This does not include outside provider seminars hosted by FCIM.  Please see the courses listed below for detailed pricing information.

FCIM Presents: Imaging and Lab Diagnostics for the TCM Practitioner (CE Broker ID: 20-1303085)

This 6-hour continuing education course is designed to enhance the diagnostic proficiency of licensed acupuncture physicians by integrating Western biomedical imaging and laboratory diagnostics with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinical thinking. Practitioners will learn how to interpret common imaging findings (e.g., X-ray, MRI, CT, and ultrasound) and lab tests (e.g., CBC, metabolic panels, thyroid tests, hormone panels) in the context of a TCM practice. The course will emphasize clinical relevance, red flag identification, collaborative care, and how to use biomedical data to inform acupuncture treatment strategies while staying within the TCM scope of practice.

FCIM Presents: Essential Compliance and Safety for Florida Acupuncture Physicians: HIV/AIDS, Medical Errors, and Florida Laws & Rules (CE Broker ID: 20-1303096)

This 7-hour continuing education course fulfills the mandatory continuing education requirements for licensed acupuncture physicians in the state of Florida. The course covers three key areas of professional practice: (1) prevention, transmission, and clinical implications of HIV/AIDS (3 hours); (2) current Florida laws and rules governing the practice of acupuncture, including recent updates (2 hours); and (3) causes, reporting, and prevention strategies related to medical errors in clinical settings (2 hours). The course is designed to enhance professional competence, improve patient safety, and ensure compliance with state-mandated practice regulations.
