This payment portal covers fees related to clinic shift scheduling and changes for student interns. Please select the appropriate item based on your specific situation. Fees include:

1. Late Monthly Clinic Shift Submission Fee – $50

This fee applies to clinic shift schedules submitted after the 27th of the month. To ensure proper planning and supervisor assignments, all interns must submit their upcoming month’s shift selections by the 27th.

Late submissions will not be accepted without payment of this administrative fee.

2. Same-Day Shift Change Fee – $20

This administrative fee applies to any same-day shift change request, including:

• Adding a shift

• Cancelling a scheduled shift

• Leaving a shift early

This fee must be paid at the time of your request.

3. Additional Shift Change Request Fee – $10

Interns are allowed up to three (3) shift change requests per month within the standard scheduling policy, submitted at least 36 hours in advance.

This fee applies to any additional request beyond the monthly limit.

Each request may only include one shift change (either one addition or one cancellation).

All fees must be paid at the time of request or submission.
