New Courses Announcement
In order to equip our students with broader knowledge and more advanced practical techniques, FCIM takes pride to announce that the six new courses will be added in our program beginning in the semester of fall 2007. The six new courses are the following: Pediatric Tuina, Neuroanatomy, Clinic Neurology, Oriental Bodywork-Tui Na Therapy II, Neuro-Acupuncture, Tension Point Treatment, and Auricular Medicine.
These new courses are selected carefully according to comments from senior practitioners,
recommendations from FCIM faculty members, suggestions from alumni, as well as request from current students. The main purpose of this addition is to build stronger diagnostic and treatment skills for future medical practitioners. Prior to these six new courses, FCIM added Medicinal Terminology and Auricular Medicine. These new courses will make the total credit hours of our Master Degree program 3073 credit hours, which represents progressive achievement of our educational goals.
