FULL TIME POSITION FOR OFFICE MANAGER / ACUPUNCTURE ASSISTANT
at rapidly growing traditional Chinese Medicine Office in Winter Park

Must have Florida Acupuncture License.  Will have dual responsibilities as both Office Manager and Acupuncture Assistant.  

Office Manager responsibilities include oversight and coordination of reception desk employees, all patient paperwork and files (billing, insurance, etc.), office equipment & supplies, scheduling, marketing, etc.  Strong organization, leadership, and positive communication skills are required. 

Acupuncture Assistant responsibilities involve working with patients under the direction of the Owner/Acupuncturist.  Some responsibilities will include removing acupuncture needles and providing patient follow-up care & instructions.

Knowledge of the standard NADA protocol is important but equally so is the personable ability to meet this population wherever they are at in their unique and difficult process. Basic Qi Gong and/or Tai Chi instruction will also be required.
